Our phone lines tend to be very busy first thing in the morning.  It would be helpful to you and us if you could telephone for routine appointments after 10 a.m.

Please note the Practice is closed on Bank Holidays


The majority of consultations are by appointment.

Routine appointments are usually booked two or more days in advance – the earlier the booking, the better the chance of getting a particular time or particular doctor. This also means any test results can be retrieved in advance, and generally enables greater efficiency.
Please note that our receptionists may ask for details of your condition to assist medical staff - all such information is in complete confidence.

On Monday and Friday mornings we now have 'Book-on-the-day' surgeries. Apart from the first few appointments which can be booked in advance, the morning appointments can be booked in person, on the telephone and on-line. Three clinicians will be seeing patients on Mondays, (2 doctors and our nurse practitioner) and on Fridays, two doctors will see patients.

We were aware of the difficulties and long waiting times that patients had been experiencing when coming to our Walk-in surgeries on Mondays and Fridays.
Another clinician joined us in Mid May 2016 - Loraine Redican is a Nurse Practitioner with specialised training in treating many medical conditions.
Loraine has joined us in seeing patients in surgeries on Monday and Friday mornings.
This has allowed us to offer BOOKED APPOINTMENTS to see a doctor or Nurse Practitioner on Monday and Friday mornings.


There are now appointments with GPs and nurses available to book for patients outside of the standard GP practice opening hours. The appointments will be divided between three HUB sites across Hillingdon, and all patients from registered Confederation practices across Hillingdon will have access through their practice to book one if available to them.

When are these appointments available?

The additional appointments will be available at the hubs:
 Monday – Friday: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
 Saturday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
 Sunday: 8:00am – 8:00pm

Emergency appointments are for urgent problems that cannot be left for 24 hours or more.
You will be seen on that day.  However, we will usually have to slot you in as and when we can, typically at the end of morning or afternoon surgery.  You will not necessarily get a choice of doctor and the consultation time will be the minimum necessary to deal with the immediate problem. A doctor is always available for consultation if the problem is more serious. Emergency appointments will NOT be made for repeat prescriptions, clinics and the like. For serious accidents, of course, the Emergency 999 service should be used. 


If you just need advice, or are unsure whether you need a full consultation, we also offer a telephone consultation with one of the doctors on Mondays and Fridays. The receptionist will take a phone number where the doctor can ring you back, normally the same day and within 2 hours.
If the doctor needs to see you after the telephone consultation, you will then be given a normal  or emergency appointment.


These are for patients who are too ill to come to the Surgery. If you need a home visit please ring the Surgery between 8.45am and 11.00am


Please inform Reception or cancel on-line as soon as possible if you are unable to keep or no longer need an appointment, so that your slot can be used for another patient.  If you arrive late for any appointment we may not be able to fit you in and may have to re-book you for another day.

Our PATIENT ACCESS system enables you to book your appointment via the Internet at your convenience.

Before you can use this service, you will first have to register your wish to access the service by contacting the surgery in person. We can then send you (by post for security reasons) an information sheet showing you how to register your details on the website.
