OUR AIM
To develop and sustain effective communication between patients and the Practice to ensure services provided meet the needs of all patients.

·      To provide information to the Practice on broader local and national issues to help develop future services.

·      To provide information to patients about services provided by the Practice through a quarterly Newsletter and the web site.

·      To assist the Practice in the organisation of regular health promotion events.

WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER?
Anyone over the age of 18 who is a registered patient of the Devonshire Lodge Practice.

You do not need to have a health care background.  Members of minorities are especially welcome to enable us to reflect the diversity of the local community.

We are also very keen to forge links with the young people in our community and would welcome hearing from any schools or groups who would like to be involved.

If you are interested in being a member or supporter of the PPG or would just like to find out more, please contact the Practice Manager, Louise Perugia on 020 8866 0075 or ask for a registration form at Reception.  You can also complete an online form HERE.

Or email us at hillccg.ppg@nhs.net

WHEN DO WE MEET
We meet every three months at the surgery and stay in touch by email.  If you do not have email we can arrange for paperwork to be sent to you by post.

WHAT IS INVOLVED
You can be involved as much or as little as you wish, but we do ask that you are enthusiastic about the Practice developing and delivering its services to the community.

Please see our Contributions Page.  This will give you some idea of projects and tasks we have been involved with so far.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER TO CONTRIBUTE
Are there things you like about the Practice or the surgery?  Please tell us and then the Practice will know they are getting it right

Is there something you don’t understand about the way things are done by the Practice or the surgery? Please tell us and we will try and explain

Is there something you think the Practice or the surgery can improve on?   Please tell us – feedback is always appreciated and the Practice is very open to change.

Are there any new services you think the Practice should be providing?  Please tell us and we will investigate to establish if they can be introduced.

We will always give you feedback on any points you raise.

We can only support the Practice with your help, feedback and input.
