Clinics We Offer

The Devonshire Lodge Practice is one of a group of 16 GP practices in North Hillingdon working together to provide greater access to excellent care for our patients by providing services closer to a patient’s home and, where possible, outside of a hospital setting. 

We offer a number of specialist clinics which are run by the doctors, practice nurses, midwives and other specialist staff.  They include:

  • Family planning
  • Child immunisation
  • Cervical smear checks
  • Diabetic checks
  • Ante-natal and maternity care
  • Minor surgery
  • Asthma checks
  • Travel vaccinations
  • Menopause/HRT advice
  • Dressings and general nursing care
  • Medical examinations not covered by the NHS

Care Connection Team

Care Connection Team

Care Connection Teams (CCTs) look after patients aged 65 years and over, who have been identified by the GPs as needing case management because of their health and social care needs.

H4ALL

H4All

H4All provide a free Wellbeing service for Hillingdon residents aged 65 and over that need support to better manage long term health conditions, frailty, social isolation and to bring people into greater contact with their local community.

Community Trust

Some services are offered not directly by the Practice, but by the Community Trust, based at the counter to the left of the waiting area when entering reception.   These service are:

  • Blood Tests
  • Physiotherapy
  • Chiropody
  • Continence Advice
  • Speech Therapy

The Trust also administers the health visitor and district nurse services.  Health visitors provide expertise in care, management, development and well-being of children 0-5 years and their families.  District nurses provide nursing care and treatment to the housebound and those recently discharged from hospital
